Skill capes

Skill Capes are capes that can be purchased for 99,000 GP upon achieving level 99 in the related skill.
Skill capes grant a total of 6 armour giving them only 1 less armour than the Cape of Legends.
Each skill cape grants a perk specific to the skill it was unlocked for.
Combat Skills
Attack
The Attack Cape is purchased from Captain Rovin upstairs in Varrock Palace.
The perk provides a 35% chance to re-roll a zero hit
Defense
The Defense Cape is purchased from Sir Vyvin inside of the White Knights Castle
The perk provides 35% chance of halving damage (17.5% effective reduced damage, ignoring integer flooring) and 25% reduced dragon breath damage
Strength
The Strength Cape is purchased from Achetties outside the Heroes' Guild.
The perk provides a 35% chance to add +(maxhit/5) to your hit if you roll within 50% of your max hit.
Hits
The Hits Cape is purchased from Doctor orbon inside of the church in East Ardougne.
The perk provides extra nourishment from food items at the rate:
- 24% chance of 3 extra hits points
- 49 % chance of 2 extra hits points
- 74 % chance of 1 extra hits points
Ranged
The Ranged Cape is purchased from Lowe inside of Lowe's Archery Store.
The perk provides a 10% chance of removing the 3 tick delay when shooting an arrow
Prayer
The Prayer Cape is purchased from Brother Jered on the upper level of the Monastery (Prayer Guild).
The perk provides a 50% chance of restoring 2, 5, or 10 prayer points per bone tier buried.
Will likely be nerfed to 100% chance of 1, 2, & 4 prayer points restored per bone tier buried, possibly 80% if still too strong.
Magic
The Magic Cape is purchased from Wizard Frumscone in the basement of the Wizards' Guild.
The perk provides a 10% chance to not consume runes when casting any spells.
Gathering Skills
Fishing
The Fishing Cape is purchased from the Master fisher outside of the Fishing Guild.
The perk provides teleports to the fishing guild, holding a maximum of 10 charges.
- Gain charges by giving raw sharks to the Master fisher
- Also provides an increased haul of Sea Turtles and Manta Rays at the Fishing Trawler.
- Gain charges by giving raw sharks to the Master fisher
Harvesting
The Harvesting Cape is purchased from Lily in a field west of the Lumbridge Windmill.
The perk provides a 35% chance of double produce.
Mining
The Mining Cape is purchased from Nurmof in the Dwarven Mines.
The perk provides an 8% chance of obtaining two ore when mining, granting xp for the duplicate ore.
Woodcut
The Woodcutting Cape is purchased from Bob inside of Bob's Axes
The perk provides a 35% chance that a tree that would have been chopped down to a stump will not.
Production Skills
Cooking
The Cooking Cape is purchased from the Head Chef in the Cooking Guild.
The perk allows you to cook food ~43% faster while also allowing access to the Cooking Guild.
Crafting
The Crafting Cape is purchased from the Master Crafter in the Crafting Guild.
The perk provides unlimited teleports to the crafting guild while also acting as a brown apron for entrance purposes.
Fletching
The Fletching Cape is purchased in Catherby from Hickton in Hickton's Archery Store.
The perk provides a 20% chance to double the number of arrows, bolts or darts created.
Herblaw
The Herblaw Cape is purchased from Kaqemeex in the stone circle north of Taverley.
The perk provides a 10% chance of saving secondary ingredients and a 10% chance of saving herbs when adding to vial.
Runecraft
The Runecraft Cape has not been released yet.
Following the release of the remaining runecrafting alters, this cape will be added.
Smithing
The Smithing Cape is purchased from Thurgo south of Port Sarim, near the Asgarnian southern peninsula.
The perk provides a 25% chance to use only half of the coal required when smelting a bar.
Utility Skills
Agility
The Agility Cape is purchased from Gunnjorn inside the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course.
The perks include Unlimited teleports to Yanille near agility dungeon entrance (inside walls)
Also, no longer can fail agility obstacles/shortcuts such as:
- Taverly stepping stones
- Catherby stepping stones
- KBD ←→ Lava dung stepping stones
- Shilo village bridge blockade
- Shilo village rocks to bridge
- east karamja log
- east karamja stones
Firemaking
The Firemaking Cape is purchased from the Candlemaker inside of the Catherby Candle Shop
The perk makes all fires from any type of log last 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Thieving
The Thieving Cape is purchased from Robin Banks in the Thieves area inside Ardougne sewers, down the ladder inside of Kandarin Monastery mine.
The perk provides a 15% chance to re-roll a pickpocketing attempt when it fails.
