Crown of the Artisan is an enchanted Ruby Crown, and is only found in RSC Cabbage or Coleslaw. It is made by using a gold bar on a furnace while having a crown mould and a cut ruby in the character's inventory. This requires a Crafting level of 60 or higher and provides 90 basea Crafting experience. It is enchanted using the Enchant lvl-3 amulet spell. This requires level 49 magic, 5 fire runes, and 1 cosmic rune.
The crown starts off with 15/15 charges. The perk provides a 15% chance to get twice the experience when training Artisan Skills.

Like other low level crowns, they are fully charged on enchantment and once the charges deplete they shatter to dust.
